Prior to joining the company, he served as a Partner in the New York and Charlotte offices of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP where he worked for 19 years. Recognized by Who’s Who Legal’s The International Who’s Who of Capital Markets Lawyers 2013. Previously he was an Associate in the New York office of Nixon, Hargrave, Devans, & Doyle LLP. He was a clerk for Justice Paul Cheeseman of the New York State Supreme Court. He received his A.B. from Princeton University in Economics with a focus on Math and his law degree, Cum Laude, from Albany Law School of Union University where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the Justinian Honor Society.
